I use windows 10 everyday and it feels very empty without some of these things. The only sound I do hear is the system notification sound and I really don't know why but it just annoys me. The startup sound in windows 10 needs to be manually enabled anyway. I suppose some of these we removed for being annoying, I never found them to be.
